There should be some sort of setting or option that tells the bot which eggs you want to incubate first. Currently, it avoids 2k eggs and goes for the larger eggs with the Incubator UL, however the UL is the one you want to be using to hatch the 2k eggs, so there should be some sort of control over which eggs you'd like it to incubate.
