Ever since i upgraded to new version EB wont let me connect. the main gui will pop up but then says windows has encountered an error and closes. i had previously been using .71 then the beta while i was waiting for .72. i upgraded for .72 and it didnt work so i tried going back to beta and it upgraded and now wont work either. any help would be great. after i try to connect with either the beta or live i still need to go kill the session in buddy auth. any help would be great. im not sure if their is a log file i can summit since it fails as soon as i connect

If it helps i am running win 8.1 with openvpn. neither of these were issues prior to .72 release. i also cannot run the beta version i was using while .71 was down. ever since i upgraded the live to .72 and then upgraded the beta i cannot log into the beta that was previously working. they all crash on startup saying windows has encountered an error

Can you paste the crash screen? thanks. just the screen nothing else.

Please download a clean copy if you have issues after using the updater. If any log files are generated, please attach them as well. The only thing I can suggest is checking AV or try re-installing pre-reqs in case they got corrupted somehow between using the different versions.

Perfect thank you guys for your help. i had already tried reinstalling a fresh copy of eb but after reinstalling .net everything worked perfect. thanks again for your help eb support
