EB crashes after startup

i wanna start this on a vm ware machine

but now i get this msg and EB Closes

Maybe someone can help me to fix this ?

check registry with ccleaner do u have same missing files?
il try to instal another windows version, mb it will fix this

You need to re-run the BuddyWizard or manually install .Net 4.5.1+

That error means you're using an older version of .Net.
