Eating/drinking is bugging

Well, at the moment im trying to level a warlock... for some reason HB wont eat or drink its says
"Rest: Drinking Drink
Resting." and spams the log with that until it got around 70% by itself (just waiting) and continues, i cant figure out why this is happening, ive double checked the names, but they are all correct im afraid >_<

also HB has no problem mounting up :S

Update 3: apparently it have managed to use two of the drinks twice, but this really happens rarely >.<

this is also happening to me, except HB doesn't want to mount either. No idea what's wrong.
