[Easy No Effort Question] PreCombatBuffs

What is the name of the xml file where i can edit pre combat buffs,
couldnt really find it in Singular>Routines>Classspecific>Monk>Windwalker
For example.
My monk only uses Legacy of the Emporer in windwalker spec. (+5% stats)
And i also want it to use Legacy of the White Tiger (+5% crit )
( might want to update this within HB itself too ? since they're both useable at the same time)

A path to the file would be even more awesome!

you have to edit the combat Routine,if you dont know how you can ask for help on Devs section


but first check under Routine config panel if there is an option about that already

Just thought precombatbuffs was a single file somewhere.
