Dwarf Gnome 1-60 - Improved by Hawker

Skinning and gatherings herbs works fine for me, currently am at 235/300 Herbalism and 300/300 Skinning on my warrior

Yeah sure, ppl pay for the -BOT- but not the meshes. It's just so happens that Hawker made some freebie meshes/profiles to get ppl started.

I guess what I am saying is we are all Customers here if you dont like when someone has a question dont post there is no reason to post and try to make people feel bad because you need to pump your ego. BTW Gatherbuddy lifetime is over $100 and yes people are paying it. I dont know why you would be stumped by a post basicly saying there is no reason to be mean and disrespectful to people asking for help.
 
The current ingame event added some mobs to The Hinterlands called Argent Crown, they will kill your bot so be aware.
There are several ways to get round this whilst the event is up but that is for you all to work out.

Any tips? It seems that skinning is now working most of the time, but herbs is hit or miss. Sometimes he will make a beeline for an herb 100yds away ... and other times he will walk right past one and not gather. Is there a setting that should be adjusted somewhere to make it more consistent? Loot radius?

I am pretty sure it has to do with if your profile has the mesh to support making a path to the node.

If you manually stop the bot and start meshing and run over to the node, then it should be able to get that node every time it's spawned.
 
The Argent Crown mobs in The Hinterlands is awesome, actually. Ups my exp/hr by a lot, although my spriest has died a few times..

Anyone leveling a Priest or Lock might want to blacklist the whelplings in Wetlands. Some of the mobs are immune to shadow magic, so your toon will get facestomped.

Its pretty easy to fix but major error in the mesh. Get of your high horse, WoW aint long added new spawn points/ Rez healers. These where made before hand. It doesn't take 5mins for someone to learn how to amend amesh, Which people do, and guess what they do after that ???? They make there own and run there own. See moral of the story, not everything has to work perfect on something you can do yourself if your willing to learn.

Thats Gatherbuddy, Not honorbuddy, both different products and both work differently. Both use different profiles, and only HB uses mesh, which this is a problem with.

Read the whole thread I know its easy to learn it different to tell people they are stupid for asking questions.


Thats Gatherbuddy, Not honorbuddy, both different products and both work differently. Both use different profiles, and only HB uses mesh, which this is a problem with.

Gatherbuddy comes with 3 instances of honorbuddy same product. So same profiles. Read the feature list before getting ON your high horse.

Yes it does Joker76. Ensure you have turned auto loot on in the options and within HB itself, put a tick in the loot mobs and skin mobs options. For gathering, you need to up the loot radius in HB, 90 seems to work pretty good for me. Check your protected items in the profile to make sure he wont go selling what you gather automatically, although most profile authors have done this for you.

Ease up guys. There is very little published documentation for all the features and settings in HB, this forum is the only place people have to come and get some answers. Granted some people have not invested the time they should when searching for answers to common questions, but that is little reason to directly attack them. If you do not have something constructive to say, do not say anything. After all, you spent the time telling them how stupid they are, when you could save yourself the trouble and not reply at all. Its just petty and theres no place for it here.

So I did increase the loot radius to 100 and it seemed to work great in the Dwarf starting zones (Loch Modan, etc.) but the pathing in that zone was pretty terrible. He got stuck constantly and was always pulling agro from the wolves around Kharanos. Had like 14 deaths per hour at one point...

Finally got him to 17ish and went to Wetlands, I changed the level settings a little so I could get him there faster. He's 23 now, and the leveling seems to be going a little smoother. However, he seems to have stopped collecting herbs again. The options for skinning and herb are checked ... are there any other settings I need to change to get him to pick the herbs? In Wetlands he literally walks right by most of them. And my herb skill is almost 200 so I know his skill is high enough to harvest.
 
Hello, I am currently using this profile and started last night. Is it normal to have a character starting from level 1 and work all night to level 9? Kind of a slow process? or am i missing something?
 
Depends on your class and how often you stop to eat/drink also the gear you have on.
 
im warlock, started from level 1 and it dont drink or eat at all. just mail herbs and sell to empty bags.
 
[GeneratePath (Dwarf-Gnome 1-61.mesh)]: 4 tries to generate path, and it couldn't be generated. at level 30 =(
 
Im NEW to botting and so this is all new to me. I have an understanding of how to do things. I just didnt know if anyone else was having this problem. My Gnome lock is staying in the starting area of Dun Morogh, hes level 13 now.......... why wont he move along past this area? I even ran to The Loch and he just ran back when I started it up. What am I doing wrong?
 
When bot goes to Hinter lands profile needs altering to avoid Some certain mobs which are l44 to 46- ive altered it in mine not sure how good it will work, if its ok i will post the text for the author to add to download.if wanted.

for some reason my bot gets stuck in wasteland even though he is not stuck, he isn't moving at all then it forces him to exit wow after a while.

Thanks for this i was getting ganked by the mob but all seems ok now :)
