Dunggeonbuddy problem

Before pandaria when i run the dunggbuddy the char at the entrance take all the quests and deliver at the end .

But now it just enters and rush to the tank , doing all the rest but dosent take the quests , i cant find any setup or anything to make him takes the quests .
Thet problem in my opinion is huge , the rewards can be preaty nice and the gear upgrade + the Xp ofc ...
Someone whit this problem 2??
Any clues why >> help

Consider yourself lucky, because your 1 of very few people that is able to even pick up the Quests in dungeons.
