My dungeonbuddy is not seen at botbase.

Other bot is seen. (Ex. quest, gaterbuddy2, party bot ...)

Is dungeonbuddy possible only in Beta version HB?

You are most likely with corrupted install.
Either reinstall Honorbuddy and try again, or as Svenstar pointed, upload a logfile for a startpoint.
