Having exactly the same problem, dungeon buddy was working perfectly last night start it up tonight on all three toons the same error.
Cannot use dungeonbuddy at all none will work.
Also, did a complete fresh install. New directory only two classes in the directory singluar and protect and serve, no additional plugins or files. Same problem. So tried existing install and new install.
Will attach a log.

EDIT: I don't know why, but I changed dungeons to UBRS and it seems to be working now. :|
