Dungeonbuddy, a lowlevel dungeon farming tool

Currently, all available profiles are in this topic.

Cant tell what the future will bring though :D
 
Maybe,

Is it possible that you could post a quick guide of how to set up IB/HB to work with your DB?

I'm assuming RaF mode. Both need to be on the same profile? Does it need to be on follow or does DB automatically do this?

Could you go through the process so someone could set it up the correct way and test it out?
 
Sorry to be a bother but I have another problem. The bot goes in kills everthing like it should and runs out but then just sits outside the portal without resetting the dungeon, isn't it supposed to reset on its own and keep running?

I'm alliance btw, 80 human paladin

Sounds like you have the powerboost option on while solo'ing... That option should only be enabled on lowlevel chars that should wait outside before reentering.
 
wil this farm all dungeons like instancebuddy? and wil it do a dngeon search?

Clearly i cant speak for everyone, but i feel like there's a fair amount of confusion about this particular plug in, how to utilize it, how it's different than IB, how to set it up - etc.

Will make a small tutoriual, but still messing around with code and that has prio ;)
Basicly, get a fresh HB copy, install the plugin, explore its settings (it aint that hard) and hit start.
if u need to load a profile, load a random one since its being replaced anyways.

The instruction at "0x00727409" referenced memory at "0x00000008".
The memory could not be "read".
Used to work fine but now that im working on a strat profile it keeps making wow crash on the loading screen when it walks in.
 
suggestion, profile cycling, since the cap is 5 instances per hour, 4x DME shackle, and 1x DMN, to round it out to an hour, (insane in the membrane farm+ rep in one).

bug, if i get to many instances recently, it wont try and reenter, or atleast it didnt now, testing more today, sofar quite awsome.

I've had that a few times as well... I think that happens when HB is still downloading meshes while getting a loadscreen.
If you PM me the profile, i'll check it out.

Why would u wanna go to DME? There's nothing that drops there for the insane title except librams which also drop in DM north.
DME still has crappy meshes, but maybe the demon part is usuable (using the backdoor north of mojache).

And i usually set the timer to 12 minutes, should prevent hitting the instance limit :)

Profile cycling is something i'll definately look into.

ah thats whats up the wait option ;P cheers. i assume the "cant go in yet" message is the wait working as intended?. cus im getting that alot now =P

Its normal for a lowlevel character, thats waiting outside for the partyleader to exit, to give that message.
If you're running solo (or if its the boosting highlevel) UNCHECK the powerboost option. As soon as the partyleader gets out, he spamms "GO GO GO" and the rest will walk back in.

And yea, debug spam is one of the downsides of testing out a beta ;)
 
lol, my bad again, first i thought it was some sort of powerleveling tool, then i thought i read that it was a setting to be more reckless in instances and pull lotsa mobs and clear faster..... lol. well seems to be working perfectly again yay.
 
Hmm.. Where do i find these "options"? Do i not a program except HB2 before this? Saw you mentioned Instancebuddy so..
 
Hi man,
So i really think your plugin is what im looking for for rep farming aswell as general farming. Im kind of useless regarding profile creation though, they always seem to miss something needed.

What i can do however is provide the information for the instances and when possible mail/vendor/repairs. Ive got Strath information already done. This instance is for ad rep, runecloth and mount if you get lucky. The protected list i use is standard through all the profiles i run, i just edit the section i need with my own that i found elsewhere.

The run should be done at lvl 80 preferably due to multimob pulls and silencing. The best way to do it is to go from zig1 then 2 then 3 then to the boss via the other hot spots i put in. The zigs can be done in any order really but there is a section where you get locked in that could cause an issue. If needed i could always grab a hot spot for there and use a timer in the spot.
Each zig has 2 hot spots to make sue the mobs all get pulled other wise what happens is you kill 3 mobs and leave 2 alive and the gate to the baron doesnt open .

There is an avoid mob and a blackspot in case the magistrate causes looting issues as you can only pick up one key to the city.

What i would like to do is gather all the info for any instance that is available to give rep then get someone with the skills to do it and have them create rep farming profiles to be release tho the community.

If that sounds like something you could help with send a response and i can get right on it :)

I'm doing DM north with honorbuddy 1.9.6.2827 and am getting some troubles. When I start the DMN profile it gives me an error saying "Unknown tag "Foldername" (Input: "<Foldername>DMN</Foldername>") in "DungeonSettings"!". If i select the dungeon profile myself it will run like normal but it will never switch to a profile that makes it leave the instance and reset/mail etc. Also, when i use the shacklekey plugin, it will turn in the key like normal but then try going to the vendor without exiting the instance first which causes the bot to just stand there since it cant generate a path.

Are you loading the DMN.xml with the "Load Profile" button??? DONT! :D
Load any random profile u use for herbing/leveling/whatever. I do NOT suggest loading any xml file in the plugin folder manually.
If you want to select the dungeon, go to the tab with plugins, select Dungeonbuddy and press settings.
You should get a nice dropdown menu allowing you to choose the dungeon.
Just make sure you're on Kalimdor before you hit start, and it should do all the work, even if you have a northrend herbing profile loaded.

And weird problem with the shackle key, if its still a problem after fixing this, let me know.
 
Alright, I'll try that later when I get the chance. For now I skipped the librams and went to farming the lockboxes ;D
