Dungeon Buddy Problems

My toon will not attack unless first brought into combat first, how can i fix this? Playn 45 arcane mage. plz answer quick ty in advance

Im thinking there is possibly a plugin or something that can help, he also stops way back if the group goes into combat and just stands there. Ive noticed many issues with HB that need addressed to be honest, ive been giving money for years for this program and it seems to be needing some major updating ASAP
