Dumbest Mistake Ever

Hey i am sure everyone can learn from each other what not to do, please think of something really dumb you did in, trinity setting or anything profiles or plugins?

I thought i turned off Misc Item Level to none but instead did the Legendaries, in items pickup, and thought it was the release problem! :O
Was wondering why it always stopped and stood their never picking leg up, was getting aggravated.

Pretty much @Winchesters post, if you need something big that people lose their heads over it would be running plugins that swap gear and custom item rules that savage there favorite gears. Which if you don't do what Whinchester said likely won't happen to you.

DB crashed and I restarted it, which set armory back to auto equip gear, so my HC char went to the stash and swapped on very sub optimal gear and died.

I sold 12 stacks death breath to the vendor thinking i dont need it anyway. I wanted to respec an item and needed the death breath. *sigh*

I was a bit tipsy recently and by mistake I've salvaged my good furnace with 3.7k dmg and kept the 3.49k one.
Now that's what I call a dumbest cocked up.
From 3.8b exp/h I'm left now with 2.9-3b exp/h...
