Dumb Question to RAF

Hey, I'm levelin a mage since today and I always see some posts about RAF. And here's my dumb question:

- How do you do that? Do you buy a new account and trans it then on your main account? Or do you pay both accounts per month? And how can you level on 80? RAF only goes 'till 60 doesn't it?

You send a RAF invitation from your main account and then you accept the invite and upgrade to a normal wow edition (Atleast a normal) then you get 1 month gametime on your main account as well.

Rewards: Summon your friend, Tripple XP (Within 5 levels), Grant levels, X-53 touring rocket (If the recruited person is paying for 1 month).

and as above said it works to 80 theese days.
