dumb question about tuanha converge to buddystore

Was wondering aprox how long it takes to get your all in one package key. I emailed a few hours ago requesting my key to link to the buddystore. And if If I needed to add any details to the email. I emailed from my login account so I didn't leave any major details, only that I needed an all in one key for the store.
 
same boat, i emailed him this morning. coming back from the ban. Trying to get my routines.
 
Might want to ask him when he will fix /update his profiles

What? They work fine for me...DK pauses sometimes but good other then that...and they are constantly updated...as you can see

I emailed as well... Took about 24 hours, but he did send me a gift key, however, I'm unsure if the key is for the paid routines like I should be receiving as I purchased the full package long ago, all routines with lifetime support/upgrades/all future routines, I noticed on the Tuanha website that the warrior CR is not even named the same as the one on the buddy store, I should have all of the paid routines, hopefully like I mentioned that I was given a paid routines key... Doesn't seem to be a difference in the naming of the free opposed to the paid routines...

There is actually a difference, if you look in your purchased items you will see it states that you will have the paid version. Also when HB Loads up it will say Paid full Version.
 
Ah ok, I'll have to take a look. Either way though, the latest warrior routine on his site is called Patron's Edition, hopefully that's the version we get on the buddystore. :-) Wasn't complaining, just didn't notice where it said if I was actually getting what I had previously paid for. Love his routines, for the most part.

His support is great and he is usually pretty quick to respond. +1 for Tuanha
 
i got an answer like hours from the email...so i think is more like the time he have to see mails etc-
