Is it safe to run one account which is farming herbs and run my 2nd account to just playe normal at the same time?

Will that bring more attention upon my botting account?

now as far as personal experience, you only get banned if you're botting, hacking, selling gold, etc. - regardless of what else is on your b.net and / or machine / router / ip / house / city / state / country / world
