I bet you 20$ that all those legendary and set items droping are the crappy ones. Talking frostburns, blackthorne's and nailbiters Rest assured, the really good stuff will still drop as rarely as it did before. Blizzard might be stupid for some things, but they are damn good at making money

This is what I'm banking on. Blizzard wants us to use the RMAH to make money just as much as we want to use it to make money. They are going to milk it for all it's worth and that's what will keep botting alive.

Perhaps reason of this increase in number of epics lies in high MF most botters got on thier toons. Maybe for each 100% MF this base bonus is multiplied, so with 300% MF you got 6x more epics than before.

You might be onto something... the drop rate certainly feels a lot higher than double. Let's hope they'll announce it was an unintended bug and nerf it

Well, that depends on how big impact on economy got items from botting, for legit ppl running toons mostly without MF gear and about 30 paragon this change is ok, and probably working as blizzard intended. On the other hand its nearly abusive with bots featuring 350% MF.
