Drop Rate on Pristine Hides????

Been farming for 24 hours and haven't got one. And yes the mobs I am farming are known to drop them. Did they lower the rate on these?

I find Pristine Hide goes pretty cheap on my server so don't farm for it as Heavy Savage Leather is better gold for me.
