Drop-down bar is blank

I just recently started using HB and it just has a been problems so far, I'm hoping this is that last of my problems.... When I open HB the drop down bar that's meant to have all the options of questing, dungeons, etc.... is blank. I already tried reinstalling HB and restarting my computer.

Yup, that too, I right click and run as admin everytime :/....
