DROP BLUES on ground in town.. is this possible?

i noticed theres a DROP LEGS in TOWN OPTION...
but is there a way to DROP BLUES in TOWN option...

idea..

let bot farm blues for HOURS and drop them in town...

mule/main then joins game... picks up blues and salvages them...
