There hasnt been a dratini nest since the 2nd week from launch.

This is a high traffic area for water spawns. Yes you will have a greater chance of having a dratini spawn here but, by no means, a nest.

Yes san fransisco pier 39 is no more a dratini spot ( i was there for 1 week and a half, and just got 150 dratini candies.. ! but very good magicarp spot! got 2k+ candies
