Draenei just to fat to bot with?

I got some problems with my male Draenei mage. He seem to get stuck where other toons like humans, dwarfs or whatever could pass without hanging. He gets stuck just at the edge of a wall or underneath so other objects.
Is anyone else having simular issues?

tauren and draenei have similar character models for the males. and their elephants are too freaking big

fat ass draenei seems to be running now. but its still a bitch. does anyone here know a trinket or something which makes you small or changes your shape to something sensible and allows you to mount up (not like noggefogger)?
