Downloading profiles?

Am I the only one having a problem with downloading files (mainly profiles) from the site? I click on the file and it pops a new window up, but then doesnt start the download..
For example: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...-a1-a3-inferno-keywarden-hunt-randomized.html I tried to download v2.9 but it doesnt start the download. Anywhere else to get that random key hunt?
