Download Updates. Fail

All was working fine until yesterday.

Today on my 2nd machine when i run the updater.exe download fails so the program wont start.

I tried reboot several times, moved it to another disk, copied the folder from the 1st machine, and redownload the updater.exe from archebuddy.com to start the updates from scratch, always the same result, "Download updates. Fail" when its downloading the updater.exe file.

The folders containing the updater.exe file are excluded in Avast.

I was sharing a key with a friend and since i was happy with the program i bought another 3 session key and changed to that , last time the program worked for me....

Hope someone can help with this, thanks in advance.

Having the same issue

I am having the same issue.

updater.exe will run to step 3 and want to download updates. After completion you get a returned message: Download updates Fail.

Same here even after PC restart with anti virus turned off

it´s no anti-vir and no Firewall aktiv.
