Download of player inventory Failed?

Hello i had my bot running when i was going to sleep last night, but my pc updated Windows over night aswell, and now when i try to start the bot again it says
Download of Player inventory Failed, please try again later? Any ideas?

And the log says nothing..?

As some one said here, we don't know 100% why we can't log in: is it perma ban or is it problems with the server. So posting my log here just for info.

Also, when connecting with app I get this msg "Failed to get game data from the server."

that is a hard ban. u are banned. u can make a new account.

As what the majority said, you are banned but if you make a new account and tried to use the same name as the previous account and failed that means it is not perm banned

it is, theey have a perma ban like lol. theey ban u "perem" for 200 years etc
