I've got this for several days now

I thought my account is probably soft banned so i tried with a different one 24h later but i got exactly the same message...

Hmm but the second account i tried was a level 6 from a friend who rarely plays and hasn't been botted with before, it isnt banned and i get the same message - did they blacklist my ip?

I would check on a mobile device if you can log-in to the account. If you can, it most likely will be a IP blacklist. In most experiences it is a ban though.
