Hello there,

I just bought ArcheBuddy and I have trouble downloading it.

I have read the download post but the link doesn't work for me. I also tried 'Out' 's link on mega but the file had been removed.

I am running windows 10, I have followed every steps of the helpdesk, and also tried disabling antivirus/firewall.

unzip into a folder like: archebuddy or what ever you want to name it.
Run it as admin.

Also, I tried to use the buddy store but was faced against this: Trial failed. You don't own an active key for Archebuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to.

So I went to buddyauth and registered with the email I bought my key with. I confirmed and saw my key under the correct tab. Unfortunately buddy store still gives me the same message.

Did I do anything wrong? Or should I just wait a day or two for the buddystore to update my info?
 
You might wait 24/48h. If it doesn't work after that you can contact the support. You could also contact the support first it's up to you

Buddyauth and buddystore are the same login data's. If you have now 1 account for buddystore and 1 for buddyauth you have 2 accounts for both. So you might know now why it doesn't work.
Use the same data for both sites. Use the one that got the key/keys https://www.buddyauth.com/User/Keys
 
Yes I am using the same account.

I just noticed that my key is in the inactive/unused tab. Could that be the problem? I did receive the confirmation mail and clicked on the activation link tho.
