Edit: Oh its in the announcements. Too bad I don't frequent that forum and I'm usually only in the HB forums themselves.

If you have to worry about electricity cost.... Botting is probably the last thing you should be spending money on in the first place.

I honestly don't think blizzard cares. a bot is still 14.95 a month for them.
 
The most hilarious part about these posts is that it comes from scrubs that use the bot to play in raids. Fucking losers can't even bother to learn their class. Just tell your guild you can't raid tonight because you can't push 1-6 on your keyboard and need a bot to do it for you scrub.

blizzard doesn't care about botting as long as it doesn't effect the wow community IE farming mats to flood the AH or farming sellable things to flood any market and they only check on that if your reported from someone else IE ninja'n nodes

I use the bot to farm bgs and do dailys having it do better dps then I can "not by much but why complain" is just a bonus. GTFO your high horse not everyone who uses bots a scrub
 
It's part of what we as bot users have to deal with, its normal and they usually fix stuff pretty quick when you consider all the time it takes to do the things they do to update the bot. Relax. Take a bong hit and watch youtube til the bot is up and working again.

I use the bot to farm, I play the rest of the game myself. I only bot the boring shit. Sorry if my post about scrubs hit close to home.

i use it to raid on alts that i dont know how to play super well yet, so i suppose im nubdub xD
 
I love this bot, its amazing. I'm glad they are doing maintenance.
 
LOL scrubs, was in world top 100 guilds classic through cata. Didn't start botting til MoP, didn't start using routine for raids until this xpac. It's just gotten to the point where it's simpler and less frustrating to me to use the bot for dps portion, and I can focus on doing mechanics correctly, call shit out for others, and pay more attention to the overall scope of the fight instead of staring at my action bar.

Close this thread please...every time someone talks about raiding or funny stories theyre not going to raid during maintenance some high horse rides on in and berates them because "oh im super elitzors and u guys scrubs learn to play ur class, I only use the bot for jerkin myself off to night elves".....gtfo of here scrub and your holier than thou botter attitude go troll trade chat in your garrison

My raid ended an hour and a half ago. I also use the bot to farm and raid myself, but I have 2 bots that I run from 11pm til 8am on weekdays. This whole week has been a total wash for me. Not a huge deal, my bots get me beer money essentially, but it's kind of annoying. Setting up my bots before bed was kind of part of my nightly routine :(
 
1 bet 1 buddy key that this is probably a Hardware or Software update and that we don't get back HB for at least 24 hours?

Anyone want to take the bet?
