Dowloading Meshes Making to much lag on slower connections.

I live in rural Alaska and as such I'm on a AT&T wireless card for my internet. Normally this doesnt cause an issue, but HB downloading meshes is creating so much lag that my Lat in game at any one time while running the bot is 1.5k to 3.5k >< way to high to even solo.

So my question/request is simple. Is there a way to download meshes out of game until I have most/all up to date and they I'll only need the updated ones as the come out... If not, is there a way to make a profile that just sits at an Inn and downloads all the meshes for that continent, or for the whole game?

The idea of the on demand mesh's is so they devs can modify and change the meshes at any time ( better navigation ), but they arent updated all that often so i would ask someone knindly ( not me ) to upload there mesh folder somewhere ( most people have been using the same mesh folder for new hb releases, so they will have most mesh;s )

Downloading meshes in advance should have no bearing on downloading updated meshes. If you have a mesh, and a newer mesh exists, it should download it.
