Double Selections

Recently I have had Double selections come up on me. After I start HB It comes to choose my CR.
Choices of Singular and two selections of TuanHA Rogue [WoD Store Free].

and also when I open the plugin window some double entries here also, image of this included also a log.

I have tried fresh install. is it from the store stream?

Thank you worked just right, I had cleared four of the listed last week but not this one:
World of Warcraft/Data/Cache/
there was no cache folder contained here but I did delete the Data folder
