hi have a 3sesion lifetime account and wery wery happy with the product but as of yesterday cant log ind on one of my accounts says something is missing cant translate what it is couse dont know what its called on english ive send one report to bossland just want to know what can i do to make it work or is it corrected in the next update ?

as Kick said we need your logs and a sreenshot of the error(in case there is a window that pops)

the error report to the team wont help you as fast as you need
so it better to take a look here and now
so i suggest you to attach your log here
btw you said that you can run the rest 2 sessions as it should,but my question is that you are running them on the same pc(the one that you have problems with the last session) or?
