I mean all spels are fucked up with the Proc thing i liked more the old style afther patch 401 335 what do u guys think?
 
If you play a hunter, you'll find it especially boring.
 
Shamans are really fun now.. Boom Boom CRIT Boom CRIT. Dead
 
Personally I like almost every change that has been made to WoW in the last patch, its renewed my interested in actually PLAYING the game, and not just botting it.

Mario, yes, these changes will be in Cataclysm.
 
What I don't like about the Shaman changes is the spell Earthquake. It does very little damage, very little chance to nock people down, short ranged, and damage to yourself dramatically reduces the channel time. Its simply not worthy the talent points, and not worth to be the major elemental spell.

I completely agree with you. I hated trying to learn rotations for 10 different toons, only to realize that I can only ever remember one rotation, which crippled me by making only play one single class. I know what I say sound absurd, but the only class I ever got decently good at was my DK. Then, I rolled a rogue and it was over. It was the easiest class to get a simple rotation with that I could keep up with for long periods of time.

Now, with the new spell system, nothing is rotationable. It all seems like FCFS, which I like. Since I'm not a hardcore raider, and I'm not a total stickler for proper and tight rotations then I can just hit whatever dps skill comes up that's not on CD or doesn't have a tick already going. I also like the improved UI for flashing procs on the bars, since I have a hard time seeing, so it makes it easier to notice that I have a proc waiting.

Just a few pieces of my two cents anyway.

the sound of chain lightning (shaman) sucks now...

before the patch it was like "CRACKKKKKKLESHHHHHEEEEPEWPEWPEW" and now it's like "bzzt..." -.-
 
Using HB got me interested in playing WoW again as I'm just burned out of hitting the exact same keys every time you have a fight based on the exact same triggers. As well as killing another set of 30 critters for a pelt. I've been playing MMO's for over 12 years and I am done with the repetition.

But with HB, I can focus on the bigger picture items and be able to enjoy the lore and quest stories (while also being social with my friends) while the bot handled the mundane tasks of combat and grinding. Due to HB Blizzard got me to re-sub after not playing for the past two years.

I can't wait till it is back up and running.
 
I'm liking the warlock changes. I played the last 10 levels by hand (mostly because HB was down) and I like it. I hate the shaman earthquake for no other reason than the spell visual is so damn big and obnoxious.
 
its not too bad, but LK was a FOTM to get ppl to buy their game imo
 
But warlocks got abit OP more then they already where in Destruction and Demon:) dont you think im watching patch 4.0.1 warlock destro they went from 10k conflagrate tot 15k
