Doesn't recognize WoW

I've used HB for 2 weeks now, both for battlegrounds and farming herbs. Today I deleted my entire HB folder after the update since gathering didn't work(see the other 100 threads for that issue), and somebody said that simply using the previous version would fix this issue.

Now whenever I try and open HB, it gives me this..

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #16057
You are currently on build #0

I haven't changed any settings on WoW, I'm doing this the exact same way I have the past 2 weeks.

Update your honorbuddy installation.
It is outdated.

So there is no possible way to use the previous version? Since the current version is the one with all the issues.

The version is not the issue.
We are having problems with the servers.

As said in another post the issue was that HB was not updated i have just updated it to version

Honorbuddy v2.5.6419.500 started.
Logging in...

And the issue still remains HELP!!
