Doesn't ask for routine selection on first launch

I've installed all the necessary files and everything is update, I've triple checked. I have a couple different routines also in proper places and up to date. On the first launch of rebornbuddy i'm told that it's supposed to ask for a routine selection. This isn't happening and I cannot seem to figure this out It just opens up and automatically run's Kupo.

It appears that the only routines you have are kupo and magitek. You don't have the file, posted as a comment by kagamihiiragi17, to fix magitek so kupo auto loads.
