Does this bot even work ?

just got demon buddy been using honorbuddy for years

so I attach it to d3 load quest and all it does is run around map no attacking or anything

so im guessing u cant just download this bot and hit start like hb?

also im trying to use kicks questing profiles but none work...

Download trinity and quest tools. Follow instructions there. They are plugins. Questing profiles might not work as they haven't been updated.

Trinity and QuestTools comes with the bot, make sure you enable Trinity and select the Trinity routine when you start the bot.

Make sure u have latest .net framework visual c++ , you can find links in beta release forum. Also try running something other then kicks profiles

Hey im getting the same problem he is. I used the wizard buddy thing and it said i have all the correct .net and c+ stuff. When i did a fresh in stall of stable and beta i dont even see the trinity option in the interface.

The Demonbuddy bot isn't as simple as that.

You need to:
#1 install all the frameworks and demonbuddy
#2 install/activate QuestTools and Trinity and any other plugins you might want, such as KadalaSpree and GearSwapper.
#3 Find a profile that suits your needs, such as a RiftBot or a BountyBot.
#4 Change the trinity loot settings and combat settings to suit you.
#5 Change the advanced settings, namely gold/exp inactivity timer, so that when the bot crashes/gets stuck (which it does OFTEN!), it might fix itself (it doesn't always work!).
#6 Babysit the bot through a full run and then check in on it once every hour to see if it's still running. It probably isn't.

Before you go facepalm on someone you should make sure that it does not end up backfiring like just now. Kickazz made the early D3 leveling profiles which is still, for some odd reason, stickied on the act 1 forum.

This bot requires a lot more tinkering than HB does. A bit harder to use, but it works just fine.
