Does the wait time get refunded?

If the honorbuddy time doesn't get refunded I may not be able to use it without repurchasing honorbuddy. I only have about 2 days left atm and I really wanted to finish leveling one of my alts without having to purchase a license again.

The wait time is referring to the down time between the patch.

mine was never extended, who should i contact about extending my key that expired this past week as well as the key i just purchased yesterday for the most recent ninja patch?
