does that update means faster realease for the december 2.5?

the update was huge 1+ggb. As they told they are preparing the game for the future 2.5.0 release in december.... does that mean that a build for 2.5.0 will be ready faster than usual as u will work off more of the things now i guess

The size of the update doesn't correlate to the speed at which an update can be made. Size == art & assets. It all depends on what has changed in the executable itself. So to answer your question: probably not, no.
