I can't log into D3 anymore, and when I check my email, all my Real money auction has been cancelled and I have a mail saying

"This Diablo III account has been locked due to an auction-related issue. Until this issue is resolved, the account will be unavailable for play. Access to the Diablo III auction house is restricted until the account is unlocked. "

doesn't look like I was banned because I was botting... but when I try to log in I get this message :

"this account has been suspended due to violations of battle.net service policies"

ban happened 30 min after I sold my SOJ. I see a lot of bug report on D3 forum of people getting suspended after selling/buying a item on the AH...

I know a lot of people got banned on this forum, does the same mail was sent to you?

Happened to me yesterday, submitted a ticket, awaiting a response. It'll probably be several days or even weeks before they get to our tickets. Just hope it squares out since it's my main selling account on the RMAH.

Usually not Wulfgar.

Call customer support (way faster then ticket). This is usually related to your account not perfectly matching up (for whatever reason.... Name on bnet/diablo, address, even the state that you are playing in). If this isnt all completely identical and what Blizzard is wanting, RMAH (and a lot of times, your account) will be locked until everything is correct.

This is not a ban, at least not a botting related ban. Though this might be as nasty as one. The unban process (assuming you actually didn't violate policies) can take upto a month (one of my friends had this happen to him), so just contact support and wait.

happened to me too 9 days ago. still dont have my account back, already called customer support (took two days to actually get through) - they couldnt help me.

its funny i payed 60$ for this shit and now they wont even allow me to play because of their build in nap-protection.

I think I know why I got suspended. I bot on my account and a friend of mine account and they are both linked to the same paypall... but i've been selling thing for the past 3-4 week no probleme with that.

This happened to me lastnight too - been selling on the RMAH for months. All my info is legit and correct - guess ill have to wait and see what they say.
