does paypal first and last need to match bnet first and last?

my account is successfully linked to paypal, but will this arise red flags? will the auction process take longer?

i havent registered my d3 key to the account yet until I know for sure

they shouldn't as there are legitimate reasons to be using someone else's paypal account. But it's always possible that it could raise a red flag.
