Does it work for MoP yet?

Is honorbuddy working for MoP yet? I dont expect questing but i really would like at least a grinding profile to work, i see some people seem to be using it but i dont know how, honorbuddy tells me no update is availible and i dont wanna run a outdated version because im paranoid of bans.

Is the version i would download from the front page working ? Can it grind? Ground mount farm?
