Does HB work on private servers?

I know this may sound weird to some but.. Does HB work on private WoW servers? I enjoying playing there sometimes. Anyone have any experience with this and know if itll work for patch 3.3.5. (wotlk) on a private server? Thanks :rolleyes:
 
No, it does not. This question has been asked many times and it does not work due to the differences in memory usage between blizz and private servers.
 
It could if you have every version of HB that came out and use the HB build that works with the servers build, but it has to be an exact match of the builds
 
As far as I know HB has never worked with private servers regardless of patch/build number, even if you would have the correct HB version. The point would be moot now anyway as the auth/update service is unlikely to authenticate properly disallowing it to start.
 
PVT servers aren't & never will be supported, but there are alternatives for people playing on common patches 3.3.5 2.4.3 4.0.3 etc.
 
it does work, but you will need the specific version of honorbuddy to match the specific version of wow, a fake auth server and the offline meshes. all of these are unsupported and you will have to find them on your own and use them. also, profiles are not necessarily backwards compatible, so there's that as well.
 
Buddy bots only support Live servers.
