Does Blizzard have serious Cash Flow issues? Game Releases brought(rushed) forward.

They did the norm, delaying a Q4 2012 release till H1 2013.
StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm gets delayed, won't be swarming near your heart until 2013 :: TweakTown USA Edition

But then they did something out of the norm and brought forward the release to Q1 2013 instead.

hm, end of q1 2013 is still part of first half 2013, so where is the release forwarding you talk of?!

it is just somewhat of more specific within the previous announced timeframe...

and the game got delayed 2 times before anyway, so blizz is still on "their style"
