we run this forum as a community forum but it does not mean everyone can do what he wants here. It's still a company platforum you are using and you can imagine that we do not like topics like this here.
If you want another bot feel free to use Google and do your research.
I can understand that you want to see more info from the devs but that will not happen.
Things like this take time and we're not going to update a thread on a daily basis if there is nothing to share.
For sure we can share technicial info, things we tried and that failed and other areas which look promising but that could also lead to the fact that workarounds we use are closed from niantic before they are even ready.

We have a 7 days refund policy for all new users and for existing users it was already stated we will add extra days to the keys.

As one user said already you added nothing of value to the community so far, instead you complain all day long. While this is your right as customers you have to question yourself if it makes sense?
There is no new info - at least none we would like to share - so that's it. This does not automatically mean we stopped working.

Exactly hang on time will tell us what will happen! have some faith in the dev´s aswell they have done it before and will do it again. and that in the Safest way there is!!

If this event is "a hell of a cool event" then you should get your lazy ass out there to collect the stuff you want , but instead you choose to complain multiple times on this forum. I went outside (through the snow) to walk my charmander while catching kabuto's JUST because I need them to complete my pokedex but a bit of snow or cold didnt stop me from doing that.

So if you really like the game and have the urge to gather pokemons go out there and help yourself (and do us a favor to stop complaining here on a daily basis).
