Does anyone hide there Wan Ip? and is it a good idea on swtor?

It's been a while since i have hidden my IP for any reason! I was wondering if it is a good idea as well if anyone knows of a good guide or software to do it, that isnt dangerous!!! Also or there any other bits of advice for not getting caught? I'm not using this on my "good" account! and I'm not interested in selling creds I just wanna transfer them to my good account so I can Buy Shit.
