Do you trust Pimp My Guild/SGI?

I have the plugin and altered addon, but haven't used it yet and really don't plan to. Everyone is annoyed enough with the guild invites. Seems like it's asking for it if you use it. I rather just GB2 my way to a level 25 guild, might be able to buy for as low as 60k (excluding achievements). I just read a ban report about someone using GB2+SGI, that's a recipe for disaster in my eyes. Not only are you in the same place not turning in quests, chatting, or doing much besides flying from node to node, you're also inviting everyone possible to your guild to let them know who they were invited by, where that person is currently farming, and if they whisper you then... Well, you better have some kind of remote chat, level ≤ 90 blocker, etc. I could be wrong, but interested in hearing very experienced botters opinions as well as the occasional "I just bought 1 honorbuddy session a week ago" guy's opinion.

I am using HB since 2 years now. I exactly did that: invited every guildless player on one of my farming accounts while using gb2. i have sold gold with this account, i have a mass guild and my farm char invites everyone since weeks. No single ban yet! I use private profiles and i am botting 20 hours 7 days long.

I think the risk of getting banned is higher if you use a SGI or guild inviter. But as my case proofs, it does not mean ou get banned 100%...

If you dont want to lose your account dont do it.

They will catch you sooner or later, the question is only if its ok for you to lose this account.

Btw: Gold from massguild is not a lot of money... I only earn about 300 gold a week and i offer free repairs to every guild member. Its just not worth it for me. Just my 2 cents

I agree. I know a ban is always likely, but wondered if that increased the odds. I wouldn't do it for the gold, just for lolz.

PimpMyGuild is as safe of plugin it can get, only thing it does is basicly click the 'Invite' button for you.
Everything is handled by the addon, and that addon isn't illigal, but sure, useing a addon that tries to invite you to your guild might give you reports from ppl, not botting reports but general reports, if it's enough reports then Blizz might take a loot at your character and then they might spot you botting.

But then everything you do in game with honorbuddy active might get you banned, but yes, SGI/PMG might possible be a little more risky but meh, you are botting so

i used it a couple of weeks ago to get some members into my 25 guild, ended up from 0 to 800 members in a short time with upto 60 people online at any time. Tbh people expect random guild invites thesedays, its become that common that most dont care.

Ofc i got some messages telling me to fuck off and such but well, once they've messaged you their little hero message they never bother you again.
