Do these count as different ip's?

Im using a private v.p.n service atm, and when i use it the ip my desktop "gets" is for example 99.99.99.1 and the ip my laptop gets is 99.99.99.55. Would this be a problem, meaning If one gets "flagged", is there a risk for the other?

99.99.99.1 != 99.99.99.55

so no.

and also, i don't thing blizzard wants actual "adresses", but rather a hash of that ip.
