Obviously, you aren't part of the private group, so leeching them isn't an option (else, they would be essentially public).

The reason they keep them private between a small group of trusted people is to prevent leakage to leeches like you.

However, to attain the most private of profiles, you make them yourself. Then, they're exclusive to one person .
