Do HB keys expire?

I bought a key on march 12, 2010 and i thought that the key lasts forever? It wont let me start the bot it says i have no subscription. and it shows no keys on the buddy portal. do I have to buy a new one?

just e-mail [email protected] and if you have your transaction id include it in the e-mail or any information we can use to find your account, and then bossland will fix it.

there is no way to have a key since March 2010
we are using keys since July 2011


that means that you are a username based user and you must log using the same info as your shop info
