[Discussion] Botting efficiency and build theorycrafting

Yes, not upgrading to Rare. Why? Don't want the char to die to oneshot spikes from retarded damage mods. Ignored Maps are either due to layout, contained mobs or mapboss.

Vessel of Vinktar (Adds Lightning Damage)
Rumis Concotion

DPS:
48k in HO

Time per Map: ~3min

Pure DPS, no magicfind / chaos optimization. Only makes around 30c/h. This char was an experiment to see how high you can push the bot levelwise. Lvl 100 is easily possible.

Very nice, thanks. There's an update on the guide, it says to use penetration vinktars by the way.

I couldn't be bothered with getting a penetration one, so going with the added lightning damage. the damage output is high enough anyways ;)

I got the lightning pen, only thing build could use is single target dps, so thats what i got it for.

Also do you mind showing your navali plugin settings? I want to use it but not sure which ones i should seal and which i should run. Or which I can actaully run.
 
Thanks for getting this nerfed @clandestine, why didn't u keep their attention on totems like I was saying.. now I gotta reroll all my dam bots to some BF build.

Attached my Navali settings (rename to .json, place it in Settings\<Profile>\. It's not super optimized or anything really, but got me the 300/300 Prophecies in Maps grind

Great! thanks, I had most of them blocked, but last few times on stop I had to manually check seal and adjust bot. This should help. Working on getting challenges so I can make another build and sell some of my HOWA gear.
 
Do you use the aif that is posted in the plugin thread? or do you use a custom one?

Can u give me a help?

Im runing the same build (with a much more modest gear), taking ~5min per map (maps tier 1-3), and im barely getting 6c/h.

My AIF is configured to pick only recipe itens and currency.

Any tips for me?

Well clearly you should start picking up more items. Maps, jewels, uniques, etc?? Make sure you open breaches and pick up splinters. Do monoliths and pick up essences. From there it's all about how you want to do it. You can shape your atlas to run specific maps more consistently - spider forest for chances at The Doctor, open space maps for easy movement, etc. Sell anything worth more than 1 chaos.

c'mon, flask setup isn't that hard...

for Rumi's, Atziris, Vinktar:
FH.SpecificRarityMobAround(Rarity.Unique, 20) > 0
FH.SpecificRarityMobAround(Rarity.Rare, 20) > 0
FH.SpecificRarityMobAround(Rarity.Magic, 25) > 2
FH.NumberOfMobsNear(me, 30) > 4


Silver Flask - since it's for Curse Removal I only use it for that, hence it goes in Warding Flask slot in FlaskHelper
FH.IsCursed

Same goes for mana flask, only using it for bleed removal (Staunching Flask in FlaskHelper):
FH.IsBleeding
 
@clandestine Would you mind sharing your Divination Distillate flask settings? Mine sometimes pops correctly and most of the time it doesn't, could you help ?
 
How you get so many chaos recipes?
I have good clear speed, and my bot pickup only armourer's+ currency, uniques, and chaos recipe items, but i all time stuck with rings and amulets for recipe, and get 2 recipes per hour, with 3-4 mins per map t5-10
What i do wrong?

your cleartimes are not good.
also i recommend to google the mechanics of how recipes work in poe. you seem to not understand that.
