So... am i the only one sitting here waiting for a discount code to buy a new key?

Some how i assume they care about us dedicated players, what i dont understand is why they didnt give us like a month or something like that in advance before cutting us off.

So my suggestion would be:

  1. Discount code on montly sub
  2. Discount code yearly sub
  3. Provided if we can provide our lifetime key that is
 
I had thought the same. but honestly I am 100% sure its too late now. because many have gotten new keys now.
 
there wont be any discount,that would beat the purpose of the recent changes

Come on Tony... i think you are a big enough boy to understand what business is and what a contract is also. You know ... i am just thinking out loud here but we did have a transaction that said Lifetime right ? So what would happen if shall we say 100 or 200 or 300 people go and report this company to the proper authorities. I mean i could link a website here where that should be done but i won't. I am not looking to harm your company. I am just letting you know there are ways to deal with being deceived in online transactions.

CHARITY is when you get something for free.
BUSINESS is when you pay for a product or a service.
Now we have paid for this bot. We have paid for routines. We have paid for other products.
You cannot say we do not help you guys maintain the website.
Again Tony you say things that you shouldn't :) i told you on other occasions also you need to respect your clients.

Point being: No business is allowed to sell something for a price, and later on change their mind and simply fuck everybody who bought said product.

I didn't even own a lifetime key and I'm fucking mad over those changes, HB lost all of it's credibility by pulling such a shitty move in an attempt to make more money. If I pay for something that's expected to last forever (or at least, for a decent time), I woudln't EVER accept it being removed after a few years of my purchase.

It was a dick move, there's no discussing that, and don't try to justify it with such bullshit arguments

As a company we had the option to shut everything down and give nothing to users as well but instead we decided its better to follow the other path
 
Well yeah otherwise you would had been the witness to the big rebellion :)) and also zero clients from now on ...

That's just a sign of poor management. When you started selling lifetime keys you should've taken that into consideration.

There's no excuse for this bullshit move, don't try to justify it with a worse option.

It's like those people who defend everything wrong that Trump does by talking about Hillary's Server.
You are in the wrong, and time to recognize that. You screwed your customers and are trying to make it look like a good thing ("As a company we had the option to shut everything down and give nothing to users").

i was saying if HB would had taken the memberships away without giving at least 2 years. You really think you would have had so many clients ? Let me tell you something not all of us bot for selling gold.
 
Here's the thing that I think everyone has missed...

These are not businessmen.
They are coders who created a good enough bot to sell it.
A real business would have done multiple things these last two weeks differently,
including bigger and a more timely warning and execution, discounts, customer service, etc.
But that's what you have and it's your choice whether or not to stick around or go try one of the many shit bots that can't do anything properly.
Sadly I bought another key, just because I can't keep up with my friends who get to play 4x more than I do, but thats my choice.

I already have bought another lifetime key a year ago ... so yeah i kept supporting them as best as i could. Buying all products on buddy store, buying new keys.
Anyway the thing that should worry us is that this feels like a shakedown in the first place and second it feels like "milking the cow dry" ?
By that i mean it looks like with all the lawsuits and everything that`s happening they might just close shop and bugger off.
So by buying a new key do we know for a fact that we will get our money`s worth ?

Well i don't know about that. i personally hope that they will not go out of business because honestly i only play wow with combat routines because i am extremely busy and i multi task a lot.
