I want to disable the usual "step back, step left, step forward, step back, step right, step forward" unstuck routine and let the bot stay stuck if it's stuck. It seems like there is no plugin for that, so I would like to ask if that's technically possible or not?

Well, that's bad Tony, that's real bad. Reports indicate that HB's unstuck pattern might be the very thing GMs are using against us recently. If that is not possible to do through plugins then developers should do it, and the sooner the better. I hope you guys will look into it and get something done.

here is an idea, if your bot is constantly getting stuck, then maybe you need to modify your profile, to help avoid those places.

That's not the point. Multiple sources in ban report section claim that their bots were teleported to a place where they got stuck by a GM before the ban. A human would freak out and hearth out, while HB-fueled bots would hump the thing they got stuck in, then do the dance, thus revealing themselves completely.

Right now, Blizzard has a quite efficient way of detecting us. I do believe that there is no hard detection, but nonetheless, something is going on. Unstuck routine is a threat, and big freaking time threat.

Although quite honestly, I doubt that your devs will address this any time soon. It's been two months since ban rates have skyrocketed, and all I see from your lot is "nothing is out of order, move along".

dont believe what you reading always...
imo GMs are not using teleports and stuff like that anymore...

"nothing is out of order, move along".

When a dozen (maybe more, I didn't read even a tenth of latest ban reports) people claim having seen their bots being teleported around right before the ban independently from each other, this isn't a bloody coincidence.

The number of bans and suspensions has skyrocketed since about two months ago, and these are not the usual "exploitation of economy" bans people who farmed Uldum 24x7 were getting during last two years. These bans clearly state "third party program" and appeals do not go through because GMs claim having solid evidence.

Player reports were never much of a threat, not even after Blizzard had implemented right-click reports (which happened last April, mind you). They aren't the reason of recent bans and suspensions.

On behalf of the community, I demand a change. Unstuck dance is a red flag and it's getting us screwed. Give us an option to disable it.

More likely the mesh needs fixing, a tauren can´t even walk on an open field without geting stuck on a tree 1 mile away.

there is a thread for that, as for the OP's question the correct response has already been provided.
